Tidal streaming problem

Hello,

I just signed up for Audirvana trial. When attempting to use the Tidal streaming is always says “unable to open file” for whatever track. I tried log in on Tidal webpage but asked for me to sign up for their trial. Doesn’t a trial already exist from Audirvana? Is there a voucher code I need to use?

Hello @toneRC, the 3 month trial for Tidal is only for annual subscription of Studio. If you are in a trial of Studio and want to use Tidal, you then need to make sure your Tidal account have an active subscription/trial and is not expired.
