Tidal tracks to AAC, no MQA or FLAC files can be played in Premium

Hello,

I am having a major problem currently that was not happening before the new update to Mac, 3.5.35 . Whenever I play a file through tidal in audirvana it converts the FLAC to an AAC… i have no idea why.

How did you conclude that Audirvana converts the file to AAC?

You are logged to Tidal with a Premium subscription and you cannot have flac streaming that is offered with Hifi subscription

That has nothing to do with converting to AAC.

Try to logout and login again into Tidal. Check the account by logging in the native app too.

Premium subscription do not allow flac/lossless streaming

Lol, my fault!!! I had to change my CC and it downgraded the subscription. Thanks!
