Tidal Voucher unable to redeem

Hi Damien,
Hope all is well with you & yours during this crisis. I’m trying to redeem my Tidal 3 month voucher. I get Warning: you have already retrieved on 11-01-2020. If I have retrieved it, I certainly never redeemed it. I can’t seem to find it in my emails or anywhere. I also realize that I must use a different email and credit card to sign up. I also have completely uninstalled Tidal on my 2 PCs that are running my Audirvana. Can you please resend the voucher or tell me where to look to find the voucher number?
