To many computers using licence

Dear,

My old Mac died. Trying to install A on a new Mac.
Can you please remove my old licences or tell me how to do this myself without the old MaC?

Hello @a2bijl,

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers you want with your license key.

To install Audirvana on your second Mac, you can proceed as for the first one:

  1. install trial version
  2. unlock it by loading your same license key

I have the same problem, I sold my old MAC and I want to install on my new MAC and when writing the license I know that there are many computers.
what I do the FAQ says:
Use the Remove this computer’s authorization command… in the General section of the Preferences page
