Dear@Antoine, I have too many installs problems and I do send mail to support @audirvana.com asking for help but no reply. Now audivana in my two computer is removed but installation still not working. Please Help!!!

Because it seems the link in your post is written wrong (space before the @).
Click on the link in above in this post and try again. Normally they are very quick with resetting your license.
