Too many installations error (Audirvana Plus)

Hi,

I somehow managed to forget to deactivate my Audirvana license. Now I’m unable to activate the program again. Also, I’m rather sure that there should be one free activation left.
Please advise.

Hello @gizka,

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two PC running Windows 10.

To install Audirvana on your PC, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try-windows/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key

Add me to this issue as I had one computer with a logic board failure and the backup is now showing unregistered.

So the computer I’m using says I’ve exceeded the allowance. I can’t “deauthorize this computer” on the other laptop now my backup running a copy of my hard drive.

My license ends with X1

Hello Damien,

I had a harddrive damage and couldn`t deactivate my license. The software is not running on any other computer.
Can you support me with that issue.

I get the “too many installs” also after re installing win10. Can you please remove my computers from the database. Thx!
