"too many installs" problem since 5 days ago

I did a fresh installation of windows 10 and met this problem on activating my Audirvana 3.5.
Could anyone help? Thank you!

I suggest you email ‘support@audirvana.com’ requesting a reset of your licence.

May I also suggest you remove your email address from open forum as you may be inviting spam.


This error occurs when you didn’t deactivate Audirvāna on your previous computer.

To get rid of this error, you may contact Audirvāna Support Damien3 on the Audirvāna community forum.
