I just replaced two macs with new ones. Didn’t deactivate Audirvana on old macs and now getting “too many installs” error. How to correct, please and thanks.
Can anyone help me with this? Is there someone to contact apart from this forum?
I had a failed hard disk so unable to de-register. I emailed Audirvana explaining and included my original order number and literally within 10 minutes I had a reply saying all my registrations had been removed from their database. Tried registering my new install again and worked fine. Excellent service.
One more here. Please reset my installation count. Only one Mac registred, but no further activation on my MacBook possible. Thanks.
