Trial email not working

Good Morning. I am new to Audirvana (or trying to be). I have tried several times to start the trial but I never receive an email from Audirvana. Checked Spam folder. I see from Google that this has been encountered many times in the past. So as a potential new customer how do I get started? Many Thanks, Derek

Hi @DerekT,

It seems the email we sent you ended up in the quarantine of your email server. Do you have access to this setting on your mail server and release the mail or someone from your company can do so?
