Trial expired first time use

I want to give Audirvana Mac OS Edition a try for 30 days. I followed instructions to down load it. After launching it I entered email and such. When I ran it immediately I received a dialog stating no license found. There was a button to retrieve trial for which I selected. Immediately after I received another dialog stating trial period expired. What is that all about?! How can I try this. I used up two emails already thinking there was an issue with one. I have never used this product before. My Roon membership expired and thought I would give this one a try.

Any help…
