Can you search the app Run in Windows

Open the app and write “regedit” then press OK

You will see a window appearing, on the top of it you have a zone to put Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography

Double click on machine Guid, copy and paste the information in response of this mail so we can find you in our database.

If you are using MacOs:

Can you click on Apple logo>About This Mac>System Report. Can you send us the Hardware UUID?
