UK 3 month Tidal link not working

Hi,

I bought and installed software, pressed the 3 month Tidal trial link & was forwarded to Tidal registration page. I completed their registration and at the last step (after completing all details) got message I couldn’t sign up for the 3 month trial. I have been through Tidal support and have been told I need a voucher code from Audirvana - I never got one!

Qobuz worked fine to register.
