Unable to check your license please check your internet connection

Suddenly stopped working and getting this problem;
" Unable to check your license please check your internet connection. "
I have internet, i have tried disabling firewall, i have reinstalled (delete, reboot, reinstall) and still i get this problem.
None of the posts clarify what to do to correct the problem.
please help

I experience the same problem without changing anything. I have a Windows 10 with disabled updates, no VPNs, disabled Firewall, nothing changed it suddenly stopped working. Have you ruined the link the legacy application tries to check the license key?
It does not open at all so I cannot do anything. I reinstalled it to no avail. Please help
