Unable to load any tracks on windows 10 pc

Hi…I am unable to load any tracks on audirvana on my windows 10 pc. i am trying to stream it to my denon ceol n9 system. It has worked in the past but not without some buffering on high resolution tracks…thank you.

Hello @blackboab40,

Can you check the firewall settings: In Settings > Update and Security > Windows Security > Firewall and Network Protection > Allow an application through firewall, make sure that Audirvana is allowed to access the network.

Yes…program is allowed to access the network.

Have you tried to reboot your computer?

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message.

Are you trialing Tidal? If it’s not the case, can you take a look at your subscription status on their website?

Hi…Dont know what happened as i made a payment to tidal but for some reason…It didnt go through but i have got it working now but its still buffering on my denon sometimes…is their anything i cant do to stop that happening ?..thanks very much for your help.

Have you tried to increase the maximum amount of memory that Audirvana can use to 3000MB? You can do this in the audio ouptut settings.

Thanks…i have a few other small problems if you dont minD having a look , Dont know if you can see what the problem is from the debug info ?. When i try and play an album…it only plays one track then stops playing…Also it wont play anything gapless…Thanks very much again.

Do you have those issues while you try to play songs through the speakers of your computer?

Just switched it back to playing through my computer speakers and it played an album fine and it was gapless…Switched it back to my denon and it did play the album but it wasnt gapless but at least it is playing the next track now. Well at the moment anyway. It seems to be a bit hit and miss.

Does your Denon have the latest firmware available for it installed?

Just checked…yes it does.

and its back to playing one track at a time again…strange.

Does it happen with every kind of frequency?

Hi…It rarely plays more than one track from an album unless i put them in the play queue one track at a time…The sound quality is amazing and it is not buffering anymore when i play MQA tracks so thats better.

I think you might contact Denon about it as it’s not normal that the UPnP gapless feature of your system act like this.
