It seems to accept an old email/password used to buy the legacy 2.0 and 3.5 (and then probably an older Studio subscription).
All I see on logging in is the Audirvana icon on a black background.
Occasionally thereâs an âunhandled errorâ text at the bottom.
I had a different account on another computer and that gives an invalid password type error. Canât see any way of resetting a password.
There seem to be a few similar logins in my Macâs password manager, I wonder if I accidentally updated a password for the wrong site.
Also the log in at audirvana.com always tries to automatically connect to the forum not the account.
Safari 15.5.
I wonder if the Safari password manager has messed up on my newer Apple Silicon Mac Mini, and should maybe try the older one.
The best thing you can do is send an email to [email protected] , they can help you with this issue.

Yes, suspect so. I guess I was just trying to establish if there were any website issues/glitches currently.

Probably the browser but potentially lock out many people with older devices/machines.
Hi @TheCat ,
Have you tried to reproduce this with a different web browser?

Running an up to date macOS installation I can log in to the account.
Looks as though after a year of using Studio I âpausedâ the subscription so have no option to demo again.
Would I get that if I cancelled as uncertain if I want to ârenewâ?
Appreciate itâs no longer sold but my old 3.5 purchase installed on the device for many months is extremely stable in use which is great, but want to try Studio again for the enhanced features.

Hi @TheCat ,
I canceled your subscription and gave you again a trial of AudirvÄna Studio.
