Unable to Open and Audio File for Playback Crash

After playing an Album, it keeps crashing when I select another Album to listen to.

It does this several times a day and the only solution I can find is to close Studio then reopen it.

Reopening requires me to enter my email address and password every time which once youve done it several times a day starts to get really frustrating.

Is there at least a feature to Stay Signed In ? I cant seem to find one.

Sorry if its already been posted or asked. I did try to search the topics.

Thanks

I am not sure if this problem has been solved but I have the same problem.

@ScottieA Please let me know what was the response from the Audirvana team.

Hello @Stefan_airmusic ,

Can you try to reproduce this issue with this version of Studio?

https://audirvana.com/delivery/AudirvanaStudio_1.6.4.6_m.dmg

Once I went to the Audirvana account page on the website, I disconnected then resigned back in and it was all ok. :+1:

Good afternoon,

Thanks Antoine and ScottieA for your replies.

I have tried both suggestions but the problem still persist.

Any other way to solve this problem as it is frustrating and actually make my subscription worthless at the moment?

Thanks
Stefan

To be sure we are on the same page, do you have the login issue, the crash of Studio or both? If you have a crash, can you send it to us at support@audirvana.com?

I can login and the app doesn’t crash. What happens is that all streaming services freeze, that is both internet stations and Quboz.

If I log out and log in again it works for a short while and then freezes again when I try to change to a different station or album.

Also local albums plays 100% so no problem with that. I also used A3.5 for years and no problem with A3.5 what so ever.

When it freeze, can you right-click on Studio icon in the dock and force Studio to quit? It will create a hang report, can you copy all of it’s content and send it to us at support@audirvana.com?

Thank you will do. Please just also look at the log pasted with my initial pm
