On opening Audirvana Studio today, I get a message to sign in, but this does not work and I cannot access Studio. Anyone else having similar problems today?
Yes i am having the same problem.
First it was a Last.fm login failure then it was a Qobuz login failure and now Audirvana refuses to Authenticate.
The account page also refuses to load and I receive a bad gateway message.
Hi guys,
Can you please try to reconnect? We had a server issue we had to deal with.
Tried to login again and I am still getting the identical message as before. Cannot login through the website either.
I am in Australia if that helps.
Still not working for me.
Works here now.
Btw, @Antoine ā what about trying the following sentences in cases like this?
»Thanks a lot for letting us know!«
Ā»Weād like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused!Ā«
Working for me now thanks.
Still not working. Even after re install.
Edit: Works now however, only on Edge browser. Not on my default browser Firefox.
This has now gone on for over 5 hours and still no solution.
Hi @djames2313 ,
I made a reset of your connected devices in our database. Can you please try again to log in to AudirvÄna?
Yes, seems like several users are experiencing the same login issue today, so it may be related to Audirvanaās authentication servers rather than your local setup. You could try restarting the app, clearing cache/session data, or waiting a bit to see if the service comes back online.
I managed to login after about 8 hours last night however, after the reset, the same problem is back.
I suspect it might have to do with a recent Firefox update because after I reverted back to an earlier version of Firefox I was able to login.
This morning my Firefox had updated again so that might explain why the issue is back.
I was able to login using Edge browser last night however, The application never opened afterwards.
Cheers.
Which version of Firefox are you using? With which OS?
Firefox version 150.0.2.
The version that worked was 149.0.2
Oh and Windows 10
Also experiencing this issue. Logged in to Audirvana on my Mac, which disconnected my Linux version (expected behaviour). But now I can no longer connect to the Linux version via the remote, the remote keeps hanging. I have already manually disconnected the Mac via the Audirvana.com account, but the issue persists. Iām using Audirvana 3.1 ARM debian.
This hang is routine for me. Yes, itās more kludgy than it ought to be, but this works for me: First Cancel, then it takes you to another screen where your computer and Other are shown. Tap the button that shows your computer, and it will start the sign in process.
Thanks, Jud. Thatās what I have been doing, but good to know Iām not the only one. But yesterday it got really stuck and it wouldnāt login. Today it is working again, with no changes made by me. I can only assume this was a fault on Audirvanaās side.
Which raises the question: @Antoine if the company Audirvana or its servers would be unavailable for a long period of time, or permanently, would that render the software completely useless?
If this occurs, then I can assure you we wonāt be the only company in the world with such unavailability ![]()
In such a case, I canāt tell you what would happen. In a perfect world, the software would be brought in as open source, but honestly, I donāt have a lot of examples of commercial software being brought open source if the company goes bankrupt.
I have typed my issue into one of the chat bots and they say the problem is with Azure.
This is the error message I was asked to type in
AADB2C90047 ā The resource āselfAsserted.htmlā contains script errors preventing it from being loaded.
The chatbot claimed that my login policy assigned to my account is currently broken which is why resetting it did not resolve the issue.
This is getting exhausting. It is coming up on 2 days downtime now which is a little more than I can take.
I was always skeptical of this subscription nonsense but now perhaps it time to bear the cost of HQ player and be done with it.
Ok, I donāt have a Windows 10 device available at the moment. What I can see is that no information is sent to our servers. Do you have some specific settings enabled in Firefox?
What you can also do is check if you see errors in the network section of Firefox Developer Tools and send me a screenshot of the error.
I am pretty sure I have finally figured out what has been happening.
Since the outage 2 days ago there was an additional entry called Login Audirvana that appeared in my NoScript list on Firefox that was causing all the problems.
Because it was new, NoScript by default was blocking it. I only discovered it after I disabled scripts globally.
The reason the old version of Firefox worked was because I had no add-ons running at the time.
I can login now and the Audirvana app opens as normal as long as I allow the new script to run.
Cheers.
