UnhandledException error when trying to open Playlists + menu

After opening Audirvana, clicking on the plus sign next to Playlists to access the playlists menu causes an error: “UnhandledException: This Visual is not connected to a PresentationSource.”

I was about to import some new playlists and delete old ones, and I am currently unable to do this.

Running Audirvana Origin on dedicated Windows 10 pc (just used for audio).

Um, OK, so, it seems that restarting the computer made the problem go away…

Hi @bdbtbb, if you have the issue again, please send us your audirvana.dmp and audirvana.log file at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

to show AppData folder:

No problem. Will do.

I have had a recurrence of the same bug. I am sending the log file you requested to the email you provided.

I was not able to locate any .dmp file in the locations you suggested.

Previously I have been able to get it to work after restarting my PC, but now the problem is persistent and I am completely unable to access the playlist menu.

I am also getting a slightly different error:
“UnhandledException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

Hi @bdbtbb ,

Thank you for the log file, I received it, will come back to you if I need more information or hopefully with a test version you can try
