Unwanted Subscription Renewal / Refund

I woke up this morning to see I have been charged another years subscription of Audirvana Studio.
I havent been using Studio for a while now and received no emails or notifications to say my subscription was ending or payment being taken.

I havent even been signed in to Audirvana Studio let alone been using it.

How can I get a refund please?
