After the self-update stopped working, I tried downloading the trial installer, but it failed to install .NET since I have Windows 10 and it is already installed.
When I try to run the installer, it brings up Internet Explorer, then the IE downloads window, then it closes again. I’m also unable to uninstall from the control panel. Need help with this issue, the application is not working.
