Use Origins without Apple Music (ITunes)?

Is it possible to use Origins without ITunes. I want to move away from ITunes, can I point Origins to a folder with Flac and Alac files organized by Artist?

Anything specific that I need to be aware of? Origins is currently using my iTunes library. Just direct it to a new folder?

Just remove itunes path in the library tab. Quit Origin, reopen it and add a music folder

You can have Origin run playlists from ITunes and also create your own music folder with flacs/alac bearing in mind to create playists from those tracks
Origin allows distinction from your created playists from Music folder is at the top of the 'My Playlists view and ITunes are indicated below (if used)
