I am running v3.2.18 on Mac with OSv10.15.2.
Trying to upgrade to v3.5 by inputting my v3 user key.
Site states: “There is a little problem, the license key you entered is not valid”
I checked and checked again. Including O’s for 0’s.
I have original mail, I checked on Avangate.
What’s up?

Audirvana 3.2 for Mac has been replaced by Audirvana 3.5 for Mac.
You can get the new Audirvana 3.5 that brings the strongly improved user interface, and further improved sound quality.
To get your free upgrade, you need to enter your license key on https://audirvana.com/offers/ (V3 => V3.5)

That is exactly what I had tried.
I checked my license key in the original mail, and also with my order-number in hand @2checkout, but the reply comes back as stated ("There is a little problem, the license key you entered is not valid”).
Any suggestions?

I made the upgrade to 3.5 for you, you now just have to uninstall the 3.2 version and install the latest one from our website and unlock it with the license key you purchased

I had to first install a Try version then proceed. Now it works. Thanks for your help, and what a good way to start 2020
