Volume Control Issue

Hello

Today I updated to new version which is Ver.3.5.

but it seems volume control bug is appearing. When I updated to 3.5 version, I connected to external speaker which is HECO Ascada 2.0.

Issue is when I select Ascada speaker, volume automatically goes down to MUTE.

when I volume up always automatically goes down to MUTE.

I tried with internal speaker which is iMAC internal speaker.

This issue doesn’t appears when I connect to internal speaker, only external speaker have this issue.

Actually this issue didn’t appeared when I using Ver 3.2.

Can you please guide me how to figure out this?

Hello @Skrillex, are you able to change the volume directly on your DAC?

I am having a similar but not quite the same issue.

I am using a Mac controlling a Naim Uniti Atom via network.
The volume quickly jumps and skips to 100% and zero when changing volume in Audi.
SCRAED THE CRAP OUT OF MY 4 MONTH OLD BABY!!! …and me.

If I use the keyboard short cuts for volume it again skips to max output!
The min max volume control in Audi has no effect / protection.
I can change the volume manually on the atom but that defeats the purpose.

Also the audio drops out after 10-15 seconds of play.
Very very glitchy tech.

I just downloaded to trial and compare to Roon using the exact same system.
Roon is 100% stable.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am also using Sonarworks AU plug in.
