No, but there is a categoy ‘User Voice’ in this forum (as @JohnnyFire already mentioned). If you put feature requests there than forum members can vote for it.
Also, since you are a new user, if you are missing something in the UI or in the program you can always ask in the forum about it. Maybe it is there but in another place you expect.
