Very frustrated. Seems like I need to edit, fix, correct with every new update. Quick and simple fix or you can have my money. I’m bailing out.

Yes. On further veiwing. It seems that AS picks the first song of almost every album and displays it as another album choice. Thus, for any album, there are two copies displayed in the Mac OSX app. One the complete album, let’s say tracks 1 through 10, and another, showing the same artwork, etc but only track one. I have almost 3000 albums and to delete one copy from each album is a huge task.

Not too late, I’d edit the post (email address) now if I were you.
Can you remove the iTunes synchronization to check if your duplicates are not from this double sync?
It changed things, definitely. But I still have a lot of duplicates. The difference is, now the duplicates have the same amount of tracks in them.

I took a look at your database and saw some duplicates but in fact they may are ghost files that has been made because you changed the folder name or moved the file in a different folder like this one below:

J’ai plein de duplications alors que je n’ai qu’un dossier avec les albums d’une artiste, cela s’est passé en refreshant le dossier synchro cela ne part pas et mes fichiers n’ont jamais bougé, heureusement pour moi j’utilise surtout Qobuz
J’espère à chaque livraison que le bug partira mais non…
