After functioning for weeks, Audirvana now freezes with a half, static greyed-out window upon launch. Wiindow cannot be moved or open properly. Afraid to reinstall, as considerable time has gone into modifing the database; removing dupes, adding cover art etc. Do NOT want to loose this. Advice?
Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Program freezes on startup, cannot access the “settings tab”. Is the debug info accessible somewhere else in Win 10?
It’s not, you need to get access to the setting to do it. Are you wire connected to your DAC?
