Win11 libary screen Touching and sliding the screen cannot scroll up or down the screen

When using the libary screen(system win11), the screen cannot be scrolled up or down by touching or sliding the screen with one finger or two fingers.

We are aware if this and we will improve this in a future update. I do not have an ETA for this unfortunately.
