Windows 10 Audirvana 3.5 installed & playing BUT no sound

Hi all, peace and good health to you at this pretty terrible time.

I hope I’m posting in the right place. I just cross licensed my Audirvana subscription and installed 3.5 on a Microsoft Surface Pro running Windows 10 successfully. But on playing local music files or Tidal via Audirvana I’m getting no sound out of Speaker or Headphone outputs from the Surface Pro 7, regardless of volume change. Might anyone have ideas of troubleshooting this problem please? I anticipate its something obvious and/or simple, thank you for any replies folks. Take care and stay well

Hello @mrmgs, Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info Audirvana button automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

When you open your Volume mixer in Windows 10 and change the volume of Audirvana, do you hear something?

No. I’ve started Audirvana playing and tried adjusting the volume of Audirvana in volume mixer and still no sound unfortunately

Hello Damien3 it has been some time since hearing from you, thank you for your past correspondence. I still cannot get any sound either from my laptop speakers or headphone jack when using Audirvana 3.5 on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 running Windows 10. Is there anything else I can try to get sound from my computer? If not, how may I go about getting a refund for upgrading my Audirvana for a cross licensed version? Thank you for any reply, this is rather frustrating I appreciate any help. I hope all are surviving ok

Are you connected to an external display?

Hi did you ever get your problem resolved? Or did you move on? I am having the same problem.
