Hi,

I attempted to install the trail version but kept getting this error message.

I have disabled the app and browser control functions but the problem still persists.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to allow Microsoft ClickOnce installer technology on your Windows machine by setting the registry keys as explained.
There must have been some kind of too cautious tool that has disabled it.
