I would like to report that high-resolution streaming (Qobuz, Tidal) in the home network with Audirvana Studio direct via UPnP to a YAMAHA R-N2000A works excellently. The nice thing about this is that the track displays are shown on the receiver’s display. The MBP 2016 used is well suited, the waveform spectrum of the amplitudes is also displayed in the Touch Bar (mirrored).
Since I’m under stress with the duration of Audirvane’s trial, I was a bit euphoric in my post. However, the following is not working, which I could use:
When you click on the waveform graph during playback with the mouse, the cursor keeps jumping to the current position, you’re unable to skim through a track!
and a strange behavior:
Jumping back to the previous title only works if you have first jumped forward …
