Account login not working

Hello, AS suddenly stopped playing music with a message that I have been logged out. I cannot reach the webpage to login again.

WTF Audirvana!?

It just logged me out, exited and demanded I sign in again. I tried signing in again but the sign in page is unresponsive.

Have your account servers crashed? This is what is wrong with software that are required to have internet/contact external servers to work, when they don’t actually need internet/external servers to work.

So now I cannot use Audirvana Origin due to likely an remote server issue. When you think you have non-subscription software but you don’t. Just not good enough.

Probably some Sunday Server maintenance. Can open AS OK but tried to log into user account from audirvana.com is a no go. Try again later.

Down for me now too… assume will be back up in a short while

See other post on this topic. Probably a server maintenance issue. Would think will be back up soon. Audirvana does not require internet access apart from once every 30 days to check licence. People getting logged out and unable to log back in seems more like they are maintaining/upgrading some servers.

Cannot log as well and listen to my music. Despite the move to a subscription, Audirvana’s updates are rare despite an application full of bugs (the one when you suddenly start hearing white noise is a shame for an application supposed to offer the perfect sound). This new one is too much. I think I’m going to seriously look at alternatives such as Roon.

Tried logging in to my account - added e-mail - about 30 secs go by then blank screen…

Back to Apple Music at 44.1k for now then-and wait.

Same thing happening here. Nothing works anymore.

I’ve been in the same situation for the past 30 minutes and can’t sign in at all, in some cases a runtime error may be returned… let’s wait until the maintenance is finished.

Never happened before in the 3 years I have been using AS so I think safe to say an issue or maintenance gone awry…

Same here logged out about 15 mins on mac version, and nothing i can do on my end to get back in. This is additionally upsetting because i cannot access my local folders or internet radio. I am definitely not a happy customer and given how slow support is to respond i don’t think we will see a fix for at least a day or so if that.

That’s a little more concerning as I doubt the team work on Sunday’s so could be out until tomorrow.

I would think it is monitored so all hands being mobilised I would think…

I’ll just use WIIM home app for now.

Here the same … flew out in the middle of listening to music. Something like that SHOULDN’T happen!

Same here and given the support team taking weekends off i think we are all SOL . this is not a good thing at all.
