Account login not working

Same issue for me.
If it’s for maintenance, users should be notified in advance.
If it’s due to an unplanned server failure, users should be notified here, or better yet with an email to all account holders.
Lack of notification is unacceptable

I can’t make the login because it says it cannot found the login page!! What can I do??

Wait for Audirvana to resolve whatever server issue they are experiencing.

Issue seems to be fixed. Just logged back in

Audirvana Studio should be able to continue working in an offline mode even after a longer internet interruption!
On notebooks it can happen that there is no internet connection for a longer period of time!
The way it is now, just stop playing, is simply not possible!
Please fix this immediately and save a temporary licence key locally!

I am in the same boat, got logged out and now cant login. WTF I had a listening session planned with 2 friends and now what???

AM in US and am locked out of the software. Got logged out and the damn webpage gives an error when loggin in.

I have been able to log in now.

AS already works in offline mode. If you are not connected to the internet it will warn you you are in offline mode but allow you to use for 30 days before requiring a licence check, used that functionality many times.

This is a different issue, users are being disconnected (as in the settings, account disconnect option) as a result probably of a technical server issue which for me has been resolved. I have signed back in successfully.

Hi Latenight23, was timing out on sign in, retrying 10-15 minutes.

Closed the browser, launched the app again and it kicked open the sign in.
It went through.

There’s global propagating going on so it will roll out I’d think.

Tried closing the browser but no dice, will keep trying. if anyone in NYC gets it to work please let me know how you achieved.
