Account login not working

You can now still get the offline mode by disconnecting your computer from Internet before launching Audirvana.

But note this will work only if you are not requested to log in.

I am being requested.

I was thinking that, there is error with my linux audirvana installation, and i log out. Now i can’t log in.

Disconnected all internet access and it still demanded that I login so no luck here. (UK)

If I disconnect the computer from the internet, then surely I will lose the client connection too?

Same that did not work for me either. Offline mode is not what we were led to believe.

Seems ā€œofflineā€ mode isn’t offline at all.

Offline mode is made to give you access for Audirvana for up to 30 days without Internet connection.
But not to cope with a never happened in more than 3 years huge cloud outage.

I understand but at the very least to call it offline mode is at the very least deceptive advertising as this is clearly not the case. i appreciate your replies and talking about this in a honest way now, but it does not change the fact that this is deceptive marketing. Going forward it would be great if you can make offline mode truly offline. i understand this is not something that has ever happened but the fact that it has happened exposes how offline mode is not what it claims to be. i think i am speaking for many of your customers with this type of response.

Thats don’t work today!
I just flew out while listening to music!

Audirvana Origin logged me out and I cannot log back in on my MAC mini. Do receive a message to login, however, I receive a white screen with no ability to update. I understand this is a technical server issue from Djm1960. Currently this issue for me has not been resolved as of 5/5/2024 at 1:12 PM EDST.

Offline mode was offered once, when I was asked to sign back in. Once I attempted to sign in, offline mode became unavailable. That needs to be fixed! Offline mode should always be available when starting or restarting Audirvana.

Thanks Damien for the update. And now that I understand what is happening I can relax and you’re on it. I’m just listening to some radio programmes I need to catch up on. And when they run out…….i could read a book or something. The music will be back at some point. I’ve got a back up server (Minimserver - brilliant wee server) if I need it, so the music will not stop

Heh, is there a company you could switch to that uses Linux servers?

(But sincerely, I am sad for what you and Audirvana users must go through this weekend.)

Got the CD Player dusted down, gave a few turns of its hand crank and now it’s up and running. The only downside is that I have a lot of stuff that was download, but I do still have music. Hopefully this will be sorted soon but it is just a bit of a ā€˜first world problem.’

When I used Origin, if I couldn’t connect it would work for a while.
Now I see that both Studio and Origin have the same problem.
This is actually quite bad.

I’m in Australia with the same problem here. Haven’t been able to log into Audirvana Origin for 3 hrs. Been monitoring the comments on here. Seems nuts that Azure B2C a website that authenticates users is down and we don’t have access to our own music libraries. What day we live in. 2024 aye.

Thank you for this update. That being said it is unacceptable for an app to stop working due to a login issue, there should be a failsafe.

Additional follow-up: I did note on 5/4/2024 in the afternoon that my iPad remote would not sync up with Audirvana on my MAC mini. I restarted my MAC mini and experienced a very slow start up for Audirvana.

Yesterday I thought the sluggishness may be an issue with my MAC mini, which had been running fine to date, however, with the current outage, I am now thinking it may have been a perquisite to today’s issue. My attempt to connect the recent breadcrumb dots…

Same here
