Audirvana crashes reading ISO SACD

Hi,
Using the trial to choose if i’m happy.
Unfortunately when i try to play a ISO file, it takes long time to start it and most of the times it crashes.
I have a lot of DSD files in that format and the software working like that i can’t buy the licence.
The JRiver works just fine with ISO files.
May my settings not setup properly?
I’m working with windows 10 and 4gb ram.
Could you help me, i like very much the sound quality.

You don’t have that much RAM. Try to reduce the pre-load cache from 4000MB to 1000MB or less.

It could still be a RAM issue, but you can try.

Thanks
Already done that.
Not very effective, still give me that round blue ribon and if I force it crash.

Anyone who could help me with any solution?
Or I have to give up, unfortunately?

Maybe @Antoine can help you tomorrow. In the meantime, if you have another computer with more memory (RAM), you can try it on that.

You could also consider extracting the individual tracks from the ISO files.

Hello @elso,

Have you tried with WASAPI instead of ASIO?

Hi Damien,
Thanks for your reply.
I tried as you suggest but have the samee issue.

Can you send us this track at support@audirvana.com? If the track is 20MB or more, we will send you a link to send it to us.

The track to send is the copy of the debug info?
Thanks

I mean the ISO track you try to play.

Sorry, now i understand.
The track is from the ISO file album, i can isolate it but in DSF all work fine.
The software do the same to all the tracks when try to play all the vary ISO SACD files.
If you want that i send you the ISO you have to send me the link, it has 1,50gb

Hi,

it seems so.
With Jriver i have no problem, the playing of sacd iso is immediately.
In Audionirvana it happens on WASAPI and also on ASIO drivers.
I don’t know if it is a problem of RAM only with Audirvana.

We sent you a message about your issue, did you received it? We would like to know more about the settings your have in your ASIO driver, can you do screenshots of it?

Hi Damien,
Hi already sent you twice, the last in a zip file.
But here they are:
Capture1 Capture2 Capture3 Capture4 Capture5 Capture6

Bonjour Damien,

It’s a strange issue.
You have the same problem, and it seems not a problem of RAM

It hapens the same to me, and most of the times the audirvana crashes while open the Iso.
In Jriver is also in same second that start to play.
With this problem i have to wait to buy my license.
