Hi there,
Audirvãna plays just one or two songs from albums and playlists. No matter what audio format or where I hit the play button. I restarted Audirvãna and my DAC too.
Audirvãna is on my Mac, the library on a NAS and my DAC is a pair of KEF speakers. The NAS and the KEFs are connected via ethernet cable, communication from my Mac is wireless.

What helped was to disconnect the DAC from the power for some minutes. I still wonder what the issue is. Other players did not have a problem to play complete albums and/or playlists.

Had a similar issue occur playing to KEF’s. In my case after the first song played the now playing track did not update to the next song in the play queue but the second song did play then at the end of the song playback stopped. Sometimes it just stopped at the end of the first track played in the play queue.
In my case it had played ok prior to this so knew it was not Audirvana. Did some digging and the main suspect was a wireless router with clogged ram. Re-set the wireless router (even going as far as kicking off guests to a guest network). Wireless routers can get clogged with frozen Ram limiting speed and bandwidth available. After a good hard reset of the wireless router and re-set up giving my system priority the problems disappeared and Audirvana was back playing flawlessly over upnp to the KEF’s.
Your issue may not be the same but worth a try.
Thanks @Djm1960. My KEFs are fed via a LAN cable directly from out the NAS. While it happened I tried other players (KEF app, Media Center, iTunes) which did not had the problem, so I would “blame” Audirvãna here.
As a work-around: it helped to unplug the KEFs from the power and wait for a few minutes to power them up again.
Ah OK, I don’t use a NAS but the KEF’s have a cable connection to my wireless router, my Mac streams wirelessly to the router.
When I had the issue could also play via Apple music but the files are limited to 24/48. Using Audirvana it played ok on Chromecast at 24/96 but the stumble appeared only when streaming UPnP which on the KEFS plays up to 24/192 KHz (I upsample using R8 brain) so it seemed to be struggling with the larger files.

One more thing, a statement of the obvious I know. You state in your post you have restarted Audirvana and your KEF’s. I assume you have also powered down your NAS and re-started?

I did not come up with the idea of powering down the KEFs myself. This I found somewhere here in the forum a few weeks ago and I remembered it when the problem came up. When I remember correctly someone else had the same issue.
OK. And finally I notice from your log your are using UPnP to the KEFs. And you are running 2.2.3 so the KEF output option in Audirvana should have two entries one for UPnP to the KEF’s and also a (Chromecast) LS50 Wireless Il option. Have you tried using Chromecast stream to the KEF’s to see if that works?
Once the KEFs sounded weird with a strange popping sound now and then. I was very nervous if they were broken, but Audirvãna just switched my audio to Chromecast. That was propably when I changed some router settings with UPnP and only then I found out my system had Chromecast. I was very relieved I could switch Audirvãna back to UPnP for the better sound. I think I was listening to some DSD files. Chromecast obviously was (and propably is) not able to manage DSD files, although the KEFs support it.
Have you enabled the do not use RAW/PCM switch in DAC settings?

Chromecast works fine for me but then I am not playing DSD. I have found in my experience when using UPnP to the KEF’s on rare occasions tracks will truncate and in a worst case it plays one or two tracks then stops. On each occasion resetting all components on my network (wireless router etc) resetting the LS50,s and unplugging lan cable between the LS50 and the wireless router (in your case NAS) solves the problem.
For me I still use UPnP but monitor bandwidth allocation/traffic from my router to see when performance is degrading and a reset is necessary before I get issues (Netgear Mesh WI-FI 6 Orbi System) the problems like yours only would occur for me every few months of hard network bashing by the kids and their friends using torrents.
UPnP is a notorious problem as evidenced in Audirvana and other forums. A fairly loose open standard which can lead to problems streaming hires music. It’s probably the reason Roon created RAAT, Apple created Airplay and Google Chromecast, all transport lower res files but are probably more reliable as a consequence. If lUPnP was so great, stable and secure they would have implemented it.

I’m good with UPnP, never had any problem, except now and only with Audirvãna. As I wrote above, the KEFs work fine with other players using UPnP.
The problems with the KEFs, I read about, is with wireless connections to the KEF, not with the tethered set-up I have. I use UPnP only to control the system, not for sound streaming. My guess is that KEF has problems including UPnP into their system. If that system was open, many more people could look into it and help to solve the problem. Because the problem lies not in the fact that the UPnP protocol is open, but propably in integrating it. And it’s not even sure that the problem the KEFs have is the UPnP protocol. KEF is known for having not-so-good software.
And I am especially happy with open standards. We need more of it, especially in the software business. Many audio codecs are free, else every music company and streaming service would dictate you how to listen to their music. Apps like Audirvãna propably would not exist because of all the closed system audio codecs that needed to be implemented. And it would cost a fortune because of all the licence fees.
The reason the companies you mentioned make their own proprietary stuff and keeping a closed system is simple because of money, not for quality reason. Open software actually is of better quality because many people keep an eye on it and can find problems faster than just the few coders from a company. I prefer FLAC, because it’s open and free and I can be sure to play it years away from now and not for how long companies like Apple with their ALAC codec allows me to use it. Not to mention other stuff companies can include to their codecs without telling you: DRM, etc. You never know when companies will stop supporting their closed system. This happened before and will happen over and over again.
There is great open software out there. Give it a try and if you like it, don’t forget to support the people who made it!
Actually I used the word “loose” before open standard in reference to UPnP. Wasn’t criticising open source software at all. A simple search of the audio forums for UPnP issues will reveal the extent of the problems. Also suggest you google “whats wrong with UPnP streaming?” to get the Roon founders perspective, you could say he is blinkered but the limitations of the rather ancient UPnP protocol are laid bare, he claims manufacturers also see it as a second tier protocol. Or google Jriver followed by UPnP problems and you see a lot of posts with similar issues to the ones on the Audirvana forum. So it would not appear to be limited to Audirvana.
Finally just about every VPN, network equipment provider, internet security firm and the US CyberSecurity & Infrastrucure Security Agency recommends you don’t enable UPnP on your network as it creates a hackers heaven for people outside of your network to gain access. I do so knowing the risks.
Nothing to do with open source software just old technology begging to be replaced with something better from a standpoint of audio streaming.
