Coupures pendant l’écoute

Bonjour,

Je suis abonné Qobuz. J’ai 2 Devialet Phantom 2 en stéréo connectées au wifi.

Lorsque j’utilise l’application Qobuz et que je stream via AirPlay tout se passe bien mais je suis limite au 16bits.

Quand je passe par Audirvana pour écouter en 24 bits j’ai systématiquement des coupures pendant l’écoute sur les Phantom via Upnp.

J’ai des coupures également si je lis des fichiers 24bits stockés sur mon ordinateur sur mes Phantom.

J’ai la fibre avec des débits de 900Mb/s en ethernet et 600Mb/s en wifi (j’utilise un routeur wifi 6).

J’ai également des coupures si je relie mes Phantom en ethernet.

Dans les paramètres d’Audirvana j’ai augmenté le cache au maximum, j’ai même activé l’optimizer mais le problème persiste.

J’utilise un Mac Mini avec 16go de Ram.

Si quelqu’un a une idée je suis preneur !

Pouvez-vous nous envoyer une copie de votre “Debug Info” ? Vous le trouverez dans les paramètres d’Audirvana>Général>Debug Info

Remarque: En cliquant sur le bouton Debug Info, Audirvana copie automatiquement tout son contenu, il ne vous reste plus qu’à le coller en réponse de ce message

J’ai le même soucis, étant sous Windows 10.

J’ai aussi remarqué que plus la résolution des fichiers audio augmentait, plus les coupures était longues ET fréquentes.

Un fichier (au format FLAC) en 16 bits/44,1 KHz ne coupe pratiquement pas.
Un fichier FLAC 24 bits/192 KHz coupe régulièrement et c’est insupportable.

Je précise que la coupure intervient aussi bien avec mes fichiers locaux qu’en écoute en streaming avec Qobuz.

Je remarque ce problème depuis la dernière mise à jour de Devialet sur les Phantom (DOS 2.12.5.49152).

Dernier point : la seule solution que j’ai trouvé, pour l’instant, d’écouter mes fichiers FLAC est de connecter les enceintes avec le PC en … Bluetooth (donc 16 bits/44,1 KHz au maximum).
Le problème à été soumit à Devialet, mais sans retour pour le moment (depuis février 2021).

Je ne connais pas les settings pour Windows,
mais tu pourrais baisser ton buffer de mémoire à 4000 au lieu de 7022
car tu n’as que 8gb de mémoire, baisser redémarre et essaie de nouveau?

don’t know Windows setup with Audirvana,
but out of 8gb of memory, you can try using less than 7022 …
maybe 4000 for the buffer? that will give more memory for Windows?
lower it, restart and try angain?

I followed your advice. For the moment, it seems to work. There’s still a bit of glitching with 24/192kHz recordings, but only in the first seconds. Fingers crossed it’ll stay like that. Huge improvement. Thanks ever so much!

You can try reducing to 2000 the buffer… it is just for loading music in a buffer faster… the more memory you have, the more you can add…

Bonjour à tous. J’ai téléchargé l’application (Studio) hier (MacBook; RAM 16) afin de steamer Qobuz sur enceinte Devialet (Phantom Gold) afin de profiter de mon Abo Hi-Res. Toutes les pistes sont réduites à 30 sec … c’est désespérant, surtout quand on est pas un ‘geek’ ou un ingénieur audio ;-). En lisant votre blog/thread, je conclue (peut être prématurément ?) q’une solution ‘simple’ est loin d’être acquise. Dès lors, si j’abandonne l’approche Audirvana (pour l’heure essai gratuit) qu’elle serait la solution physique pour être 100% sûr que Phantom diffuse bien en Hi-Res ? Macbook connecté à un ‘device’ (un DAC ?) et ‘device’ physiquement connecté à Phantom. C’est ça la solution ?

Pouvez-vous vérifier que vous avez bien un compte avec un abonnement ou un essai encore valide chez Qobuz ou que vous avez bien le bon compte de connecté? La lecture de piste de 30 sec est le signe que vous avez soit le mauvais compte connecté ou que le compte que vous utilisez à un problème d’abonnement.

Bonjour Antoine. Merci pour votre retour. Je viens de vérifier, mon abonnement Qobuz Hi-Res est bien actif. Par contre, dans Audirvana/Qobuz/Playlists (menu sur la gauche), je ne trouvais pas ‘mes playlists’ établies sur Qobuz. Sans doute un problème de compte comme suggéré. J’ai donc déconnecté mon compte Qobuz sur Audirvana puis reconnection du compte, quitté Audirvana puis re-ouverture … le problème des ‘30 sec only’ est résolu ! Avec tous mes remerciements !!!

J’ai le même soucis. Audirvāna Studio connecté un UPNP sur un Silent Angel M1T qui lui est connecté sur un DAC Matrix Sabre Pro et coupure de la musique après généralement 10 a 15 secondes. Uniquement via ma musique locale. Peu importe le format DSD ISO FLAC AIFF

Avez-vous ce problème lorsque vous désactivez le suréchantillonnage?

Oui j’ai fait la désactivation. Suite à cette désactivation, il semble que seul le format ISO cause des problèmes. Je continu mes essais. Possible que le problème vienne du M1T Silent Angel. Après validation avec Silent Angel, c’est le M1T qui ne supporte pas le format ISO
