Anyone experience this recently ?

Qobuz seems down at the moment. This has nothing to do with Audirvana. I can not log in with the Qobuz app either and also not on their site.

Simply wait until Qobuz is up again.

AS stops playing a Qobuz playlists and a long lists of errors like the ones below is logged.

Anyone got an idea where to look for a potential problem?

Qobuz is online again.

Qobuz was off line. Now it is online again. If you see this again, also try the native Qobuz app or try to login to Qobuz on their site.

The error messages you see simply mean that AS can’t connect to quobuz.

Qobuz app works fine for me, but I’m still getting the 500 error trying to connect through Audirvana.

Same for me. Qobuz app on the computer lets me login but Studio can’t connect

Même problème pour moi :
depuis aujourd’hui, je n’arrive pas à me connecter à Qobuz depuis Audirvana.
Quand j’essaye de me connecter manuellement, le message suivant apparaît :
Erreur d’autorisation
500 Erreur : authorize_error

Did you all try (in Audirvana) to log out and log in again in Qobuz? Or completely restart Audirvana? On my Audirvana (3.5) Qobuz works fine after doing that.

Yes Qobuz was down. Did you read my post above your’s and did you try the suggestions?

Yes. Logged out of Qobuz on the web and the Audirvana Studio app.

I don’t know what to tell you. It was a Qobuz issue, not an Audirvana issue. Try to restart Audirvana or your computer etc. etc. At one point it should come back. In other threads I have read that Qobuz is working again in Audirvana for other members. Qobuz works again in my Audirvana too.

I appreciate your help. Maybe it’s only affecting Audirvana Studio.

Yes the qobuz app is launching fine, because the problem is solved on the Qobuz site since a view hours ago.
Most people in this forum (also with Audirvana Studio) have Qobuz working again in Audirvana Studio. That’s what I am trying to tell you. At one point Qobuz will come back in your Audirvana too. Try to logout/login again. Restart Audirvana, restart your computer etc. etc. etc. It is no issue with Audirvana, but it was with Qobuz.

Thanks for the advice Andy, but alas even after disconnecting and then quitting Studio and then reopening and logging in again, still can’t get a link to Qobuz (error500). No worries, I’m sure it will work soon, and I have my own library to listen to in the interim :blush:

I’ve tried with a different computer and still can’t authorize Qobuz. I’ve contacted Audirvana support.
This happened when I first got Audirvana Studio back in 2022. Then, support contacted Qobuz and got it sorted out.
