I can’t play dsd files stored locally.
A warning appears saying that a minidump file has been created and closes Audiorvana Studio and Origin, same in both.
I’m using a Toshiba laptop, Windows 10 64bts and a Hifirose RS 250.
flac files play without any problems.

I’m starting to think it was money thrown in the trash, buying Audirvama.
They do not provide appropriate customer support! And the software doesn’t work as advertised…

Can you go in the Audirvāna settings and in the My account section? You will see a button ‘Start Log Session’, click on it and then reproduce your issue. After you reproduced it, click on ‘Stop Log Session’ and then send me the log file you can find by clicking on the button ‘Open Log Folder’ at support@audirvana.com

I come here to show my indignation regarding the treatment that Audirvana does to its customers!
A month later and after spending €140 on licenses for Studio and Origin, I still haven’t been able to use the software to listen to a single album without problems. I’m sad that the support service doesn’t provide solutions. If you can’t resolve the situation, then return the € and I’ll forget about Audirvana forever!

I continue to be amazed by this. There is a trial period during which you can try to see if it works in your situation. If this does not work, you should not buy the product. Why did you buy the product if it has never worked?

I’m sorry for the situation you are in but it’s a complex one. I had an email from ROSE about your issue but I have been really busy lately, I now have more time to look for this issue.
Hoping they would resolve the anomaly! After all, most software has bugs. What bothers me is the passivity of customer service…

How is it that you think HiFirose has nothing to do with putting you in this situation? What does Hifirose tell you about this condition you are experiencing? Are you pleased with the Hifirose customer service? You paid nearly $3,000.00 USD for that box, I’d think you would expect more from the company that made it…

The RS250 handles DSD well. AS has better sound quality. It will be good to combine the useful with the pleasant. Rs250 was worth every euro, and it has bugs like all, the more expensive or cheaper ones…
Have you discussed this condition with Hifirose customer service? If so, what do they tell you?
