Integrated Mode Playback always stops at 9-10 second

Hello guys,

Recently the playback on integrated mode stops at 9-10 sec. When I play from the state where the audio device is released. So only the very first song get impacted but I need to press play button to resume listening. once the device is grubbed by Audirvana, no playback issues. How can I troubleshoot this? I tried to look at /var/log/system.log but no Audirvana related logs were found. Any advise is appreciated.

Can you send us a copy of the "Debug Info“ when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account.

Have you tried to remove the ITunes sync and try to use the folder synchronisation instead?

You mean non-integrated mode? It takes long time to load at launch and browsing is very sluggish. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’. You can find the audirvana_origin.log file by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button.

I’m sorry for the late reply. I thought a log would be generated, that’s unfortunate.

Does the issue happens whatever type (mp3,FLAC,M4A) of track you play?

It’s integrated mode so no flac, but any types. Seems like when Audirvana first grub audio device it happens. no issue once it’s under its control. After releasing audio device and play any type of songs it stops at either 9 or 10 sec.
