From Audirvana’s instructions on how to install in Linux:
To start automatically Audirvāna Studio/Audirvāna Origin as a service at boot, a shell script setAsService.sh can be found in the same folder.
So you would go to the folder where Audirvana is installed, open a terminal there and issue the command:
sudo ./setAsService.sh
Information should then appear in the terminal about how to proceed if I remember correctly.
You can also go to your main menu in Mint. When you click that you’ll probably see an icon in the left bar with System Settings.
In the mnu that opens you’ll find an option under Preferences with which you can determine which programs should start running when booting your pc.
When you click the + option you should be able to add Audirvāna. You’ll get two options to choose from. I don’t know what the Spanish name for the right option is but you’ll probably find the right one soon enough as the other won’t do the trick 
You should then go to the Opt Directory on your computer with the Explore button and then obviously choose the Audirvana directory.
Then you’ll probably see the Origin directory in which you can choose the AudirvanaOrigin option (with the gear icon).
Choose that, click Open and then on the next screen Add and the trick should be done.

The Debian version is the correct one, as Amarok says. (Ubuntu is based on Debian.)
Audirvana on Linux runs in the background as a service, not as a GUI program on the desktop. It is controlled by a remote app on your phone. Have you run the installation script (as I mentioned above, sudo ./setAsService.sh ) and followed the instructions that appear in the terminal, then tried to run Audirvana using the remote app on your phone? If you have done this, what happens?

Ok. Más estabilidad quizás dependiente del cambio de dispositivo o de las actualizaciones del software pero satisfecho actualmente con el sonido. Hay un adiferencia sutil pero audible con reproductores como jriver mc 35, ambos se escuchan con un sonido impecable pero aún usando los mismos parámetros y protocolos (asio,wasapi o ks en windows) hay diferencia sobretodo en el grosor del archivo reproducido, sutil pero la hay. Yo me quedo con KS en audirvana windows, ya no veo necesidad de linux ni headless ni end points con el hardware actual dac’s motherboards emi/rfi usb actuales etc no precisas, es mi opinión, ya las busquedas de artilugios y montajes excesivos que, siempre bajo mi opinión, ya no aportan nada. Creo que en windows y con un solo dispositivo, hoy dia ya se obtiene un sonido realmente sublime con buenos archivos no comprimidos o lossless bien trabajados. Gracias. En fin, me gusta actualmente el trabajo con audirvana aunque no utilizo su gestión de bibliotecas solo su sonido que es realmente muy bueno
Ah, I am sorry this version of Audirvana doesn’t meet your needs. The description of the app clearly says what it is. (This is not a criticism of you at all - it is so that no one thinks Audirvana is hiding the way the Linux app operates.)
“The app is so-called ‘headless’, meaning it has no interface of its own. Apart from installation, it can be controlled entirely from the free Audirvāna Remote mobile app for Android and iOS.”

Hello streaminglena and Jud,
please dont take me evil for entering your discussion after it aparently has ended. Using Linux for playing Audirvana is also new to me and thanks to severals threads, among one of yours Jud, I managed to get it working today. I am a satisfied customer on Windows like streaminglena and quite soon gave up using the remote there, finding it unreliable and bothersome. So initially I did not expect much from the Linux remote app in terms of usability. However, I wanted to hear with my own ears wether the quality was really better than in my Audirvana 3.5 version on Windows 10. And having listened to it now for half an hour (!), that really appears to be the case. The remote has improved considerably and works intuitively for me, and I consider myself as an average user. Really worth trying, given that your online name is streaminglena it should not differ very much from other applications you use for streaming. But maybe that may not be your issue, I’m not sure, my knowledge of Spanish is worse than my knowledge of Linux

Por cierto que hay como sabes un montón de programas como Daphile o Volumio etc, que para mi también en esta modernidad de hardware disponible, en cuandto a PC y dejando de lado en esto a los dispositivos dedicados que es otra historia, ya no tienen sentido ni mejora que merezca la pena el tinglado.
