Mini Dump File playing DSD

When playing DSD files or changing from one DSD track to the next I will sometimes get an a Mini dump file and the track stops playing and it produces a loud pulsating sound. Can someone help?

Hello @Hchavez78, Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info” while you are connected to your DAC? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info Audirvana button automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Hello @Hchavez78, thank you for the debug info. Can you change your Audio settings to “DSD via PCM 1.0” and change the maximum amount of memory for audio to 3000MB? you can do that here:

@Antoine, I made the changes. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. Any other suggestions?

Have you also tried to reinstall your ASIO driver?

I have not, but I will try.

I reinstalled drivers and problem still exist. I tested playing my DSD files thru Foobar and it worked without a problem. Audirvana continues to have the same problem. There is also an audible pop when changing DSD tracks on Audirvana.

Hello @Hchavez78, we made an update of Audirvana yesterday, can you update it and run a test?

Well, it might be a little worse. Lol

I have noticed that it seems to happen more with 128dsd and 256dsd. If that helps you any.

Hopefully you can fix the problem, I really like the interface of Audirvana.

Thanks

@Antoine, I also tried reinstalling the software and still no luck.

@Antoine, Is it possible to get a refund for the software? I have not been able to use the software with the DSD glitch.I am affraid to use it as that sound that it makes when the error happens is pretty loud.

@Antoine ???

@Antoine, It’s great that you have released all these updates, but my issue still persists. Especially when changing from one DSD track to another.

@Antoine

Any updates on fixing my issue?

3.5.11 didn’t fix the problem either.

Hello @Hchavez78, the issue you have appears whatever the audio outup you select in Audirvana?

@Antoine, Im not sure I understand your question. The audio output device in windows or in Audirvana?
