Network amplifier gone

Hi there

Running AS in trial mode, only 7 days for free left and I still have a big issue!

As version 2.9.4.1.1 amplifier visible in output window, after shutting down pc and amp on stand by next dag startup and amplifier is gone.

Then I install version 2.9.5 and amplifier shows up again immidiately. And after shutting down, the next day amplifier also gone.

Next day installing version 2.9.4.1.1 again and surprise; amplifier present again.

Pretty tired of installing different as version each day .

Which sounds like a issue in your home network.

So… If the USB connection playback is flawless and the computer is using DHCP and the Hegel is not on a static IP address, there seems there is an issue with your network configuration or device(s) or environment in which these devices operate, that precipitates the loss of synchronization… You cannot rule-out the amp as a potential point of incompatibility with the UPnP protocol in the newer version of Audirvāna. What does Hegel say about this behavior?

You must understand that many Audirvāna Studio users that are playing files via UPnP protocol in AS 2.9.5. do not have this behavior that you are experiencing…

Once again, please paste your debug information here when using AS 2.9.5…

If you mean in my MacBook Pro I say yes. If I close one down my remote AS does not work ( installed on my I phone)

The remote will connect to your router via WiFi… The MacBook does not need WiFi enabled for communication with the Remote.

It could be the ‘local network’ bug on MacOS Sequoia.
Go to the apple logo in the top left corner > system settings > Privacy and safety (or something like that, I have a Dutch MacOS interface). In the pane on the right hand side, scroll down to ‘Local network’, click it and see if Audirvana has permission for the local network access.

I did not change anything and here it is again. but network 10/100/1000 LAN still not visible. very odd, but music is here again, lets wait for how long.

It is probably a network configuration issue. But then you need to lay out precisely what your network looks like, including switches, LAN adapters and whatever you use more to be able to find out what could be the cause. I’m not a network expert, so you probably need someone to have a look.
