Remote app android

Since the last update 2.5.3 the android remote app doesn’t connect anymore (it connect on first time with init code) but when i restart computer it doesn’t anymore!!! Soo frustrating!!!

My network is private with firewall authorizing incoming and outgoing conn.

I want to revert to version 2.5.0 os it possible??

2.4 would be a better revert if someone on pc side can help you.

Hi @RunHomeSlow I’m having similar issues. I have to uninstall remote at least every day or so.

2.4.0 would be better. I’m running Windows 10 on a laptop and I’ve tried the different versions of 2.5 and couldn’t get remote working. There’s a good thread on this in the remote app category if you want more info.

Remote cannot find computer after latest update

Up till now, the Remote (the beta version) has managed to connect to my music computer - although it only achieved the connection if I reset my network adapter on the music computer every time before trying to connect. Since the latest Studio update, the Remote app (beta) cannot connect at all, no matter what I do. So far, I have tried: resetting the router checking that Audirvana Studio has firewall access on private network resetting the network adapter on music computer I don’t really kn…
