[SOLVED] - I purchased a license and am getting too many installs message

Can you please remove my Old PC that died so i can use Audirvana on my new PC?
Im getting the “too many install” message.
My version is for Windows 10.

Hi, I converted my Audirvana 3.5 license to “Cross License” for my MacBookPro as well as Mac mini. However, activating it on Mac mini says “too many install” and I had to deactivate my MacBookPro license.

To install Audirvana on your computer, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key

I had to have my macbook serviced and when I went to open AV it asked for the license key. When I entered the key it told me I had too many installs, even though I only have AV on this one machine
