I have just installed a new SSD with a fresh Windows instal. I did not uninstall Aurdirvana from my HDD (still being used for storage). Please could you revoke my previous Windows license so that I can reinstall on my new set-up?

Hello.

After the last Audirvana update to version 3.5.38 my license key has stopped working.
Immediately after the update, a message appeared about entering the license key.
After entering the key, everything was fine.
Today, the message requesting a license key has appeared again,
unfortunately after entering it, information appears that the license key
has been used too many times.
I’ve been using Audirvana on one computer from the very beginning.

Please remove all my computers from the licence database.
I uninstalled the Audirvana without deactivatin, Windows 10 OS

I sent you a pm I replaced my old mac over 10 years old with a new one just got I did the de-authorize and uninstall waited 24hrs on my new mac but got the too many licenses on 1 of your computers.

It’s done for your too, you can now use Audirvana up on two activations for Windows 10 and/or MacOS.
