Trial period difficulty downloading Audirvana

Hi I am trying to get Audirvana to feed Qobuz to Quad Vena 11 Play using Play Fi with great difficulty.

Qobuz does not download fully, part is in Spanish the other English and it does not allow me to access my own Playlists or Favourites.
If I select a track it appears in Audirvana but only plays for 20 seconds and then skips to the next track.

Any suggestions this is only a trial but I am not impressed so far.

Can you make a screenshot of Audirvana with the Qobuz integration while you have this issue?

The language of what is displayed in Audirvana for Qobuz rely on this setting, if you see France but the content is not written in french, this then means there is a problem with your account, can you contact Qobuz using this link? https://www.qobuz.com/fr-fr/help/contact/ask/signin

Thankyou Damien3 I checked with Qobuz and I have 2 email adresses with them I switched to the second and it has downloaded correctly so far so good. I can now use Audirvana from the remore and my laptop however I have not been able to listen to any track completely as it suddenly stops playing ! Any suggestions?

Do you see other devices on the network? Try to circumvent the Play-Fi software.

At first it stopped after about 20 seconds I closed the Play -Fi app down on my ipad and the tracks run to about the same length each time I am never able to hear the end of a track nor for it to move onto the next, pity because I’m quite liking the “Audirvana effect”.

Tried over the weekend some tracks nearly finished others hardly got started. Should I perhaps delete the app and download it again if I do will it still allow me a 30 day trial?

Just another quirk to add to this saga I tried using Audirvana over another system I have same wi fi network same mac but feeding into a Chord/Poly combination of streamer and dac (no play fi using Go Figure to connect) and it worked no problem finishing tracks and moving onto the next. I brought it back to my other system feeing into a Quad Vena II Play and each track regardless of the length (3 mins up to 10) it suddenly stopped before the end 3/4 + through the track.

Hello @David_Watson,

We had other feedback regarding Play-FI and it appears that a lot of DAC (from different manufacturers) have this issue. You need to contact your DAC manufacturer to warn them about it.

Hi I am in communication with Quad and through them Play-fi to try and resolve the abrupt termination of tracks before they finish. They are making suggestions but so far to no avail. I would like to subscribe to Audirvana but it is pointless until this is sorted out. My 30 day trial finishes this weekend I wonder if you could extend it for a further 30 days so we can resolve this problem.

I am having the exact same issue while streaming to an Audiolab 6000N. Playback on Audirvana stops x seconds before the end, always at the same time. Any idea?
