Account login not working

Currently down, West Coast US…

Poland too

no working in Spain…

Yup. Same here. This must be a server problem. I wish they would let us know on this thread.

Can’t start Origin … I’m supposed to log in, but I can’t. That doesn’t make a good impression for such a price.

They don’t work on weekends,

Think they will be focussed on getting everything back as quickly as possible before letting us all know in a post what occurred.

Down in the UK. I can’t play my own library. Already looking at the available alternatives.

Let’s hope so while I sit here in silence.

Also read the other posts (a lot of them) in this forum. It seems to be back for most of the people.

Still down for me.

A lot of people all trying to sign back in at once. May take some time, I was lucky and got signed back in an hour ago.

nothing else close to this price point which is why i paid for this service. Roon is double the money.

How about JRiver?

Btw, I don’t like Roon, as it requires an internet connection 100% of the time.

it was my understanding (correct me if i am wrong) that Jriver is only for windows, not mac,.

It is also for Mac and Linux. I am on Mac.

Still down in the UK. Sign in window states service isn’t available.

It’s quite funny because I’m currently enrolled at MBA program and studying for my Risk Management exam. I’m curious about risk mitigation strategies used by the Audirvana team.

Hitting the same problem here. Said my login expired on AS Linux. Can’t log back in.

Just got a full error message when trying to log in:

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a tag within a ā€œweb.configā€ configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This tag should then have its ā€œmodeā€ attribute set to ā€œOffā€.

`

`

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the ā€œdefaultRedirectā€ attribute of the application’s configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
